DESCRIPTION:Join Black Women Connect for our first in-person gathering of 2
 026\, set in one of Toronto’s most iconic cultural spaces\, the Art Gall
 ery of Ontario.\nWe’ll begin the afternoon with brunch at the AGO Bistro
 \, followed by time to explore the galleries together at a relaxed\, unhur
 ried pace. This is an opportunity to reconnect in real life\, share though
 tful conversation\, and experience art collectively.\nOur main focus will 
 be Oluseye: Orí mi pé\, a powerful exhibition that explores Yoruba spiri
 tuality\, identity\, memory\, and self-knowledge. Through visual storytell
 ing and symbolism\, the exhibition invites reflection on lineage\, inner w
 isdom\, and the relationship between the spiritual and the everyday. It is
  an especially meaningful experience to take in together\, grounded in sha
 red dialogue and perspective.\nAfter viewing the exhibition as a group\, m
 embers are welcome to continue exploring the AGO independently. The galler
 y’s Impressionist and modernist collections offer additional space for c
 uriosity\, inspiration\, and quiet wandering.\nThis gathering is designed 
 to be easy\, social\, and culturally enriching. No agenda. No pressure. Ju
