Attention Black Women Connect Book Club members! Our January book club meeting is just around the corner and we are excited to discuss The Love Songs of W.E.B. Du Bois by Honorée Fanonne Jeffers.
This powerful debut novel explores the history of an African-American family in the American South, from the time before the American Civil War and slavery, through the Civil Rights Movement, to the present. It is a thought-provoking and moving exploration of race, identity, and family, and we are excited to discuss it with you.
